Replacements and returns

1. Any purchase can be cancelled at any time unless it has been shipped.
2. In order to cancel your purchase email us at hyggebox.rus@gmail.com. Please provide the date of purchase and your order number.
3. Items can only be returned if they are unused, still in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
4. Any purchases can be returned to be replaced within 14 days after receiving.
5. Items can be replaced by similar or more expensive ones with customer covering the price difference. Items being replaced must be sent back to the seller; the customer is to cover the shipping fees for both the replaced and the new items.
6. In case of replacement or returning of a faulty item, the shipping fees are covered by the seller.
According to Russian law replacements and returns do not include:
fabric items
knitwear
tableware, kitchen utensils, food containers
books, postcards, posters, notebooks, and other printed goods
